How to start a return
Email info@kawsays.com within 90 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping
For returns requested for personal reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can provide the appropriate solution.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Used items and items returned for personal reasons without a defect are not eligible for return. Certain categories cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.
